She holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in marketing and a minor in mathematics. Throughout her career, Tori has supported regulatory and compliance efforts for leading operators including Devon Energy, Grayson Mill Energy, Oasis Petroleum, and Hess, building a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements from well conception through reclamation.

Tori’s expertise spans regulatory compliance, environmental oversight, emergency response, and government affairs, supported by long-standing relationships with local, state, and federal stakeholders. A notable professional achievement includes co-authoring the EERC North Dakota Remediation Resource Manual, a key industry reference. She is especially driven by solving complex compliance challenges and ensuring operations move forward efficiently and without disruption.

Originally from Beulah, North Dakota, Tori is deeply connected to her community. She is married to her husband, Phillip, and together they have two children. In 2024, she successfully ran a campaign to become a Williston City Commissioner, an accomplishment she is especially proud of. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and getting out on the water wake boarding and wake surfing. Originally from Lakewood, Colorado, Stephanie enjoys returning to the fundamentals of AP and continuously finding ways to improve and optimize processes. Before joining Phoenix, David worked across departments including Corporate Reserves, Drilling/Completions, Business Development, and IT, and led data initiatives at a tech startup in Boulder. There, he managed a team of analysts and engineers and helped secure $29MM in Series A funding and a $160MM DOE grant.

A Colorado native, David lives in Lakewood with his wife, Lindsey, their newborn son, and two dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors and is a former college football conference champion.
