]]> With over 11 years of experience in oil and gas accounts payable, Stephanie Pass brings a deep understanding of financial operations and process improvement to Phoenix Energy. She has held roles across several respected industry organizations, including Liberty Energy, Whiting Petroleum, Discovery Natural Resources, and QEP Resources—where she advanced through positions such as Assistant Manager, JIB Accountant, Senior AP Specialist, and AP Supervisor. Throughout her career, Stephanie has developed a strong expertise in communication, performance metrics, and process accuracy, and has played a key role in implementing systems such as OpenTicket and PriceBooks to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Originally from Lakewood, Colorado, Stephanie enjoys returning to the fundamentals of AP and continuously finding ways to improve and optimize processes. She aspires to become a systems and materials expert in all aspects of accounts payable, helping to establish a solid operational foundation for the Finance team. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys reading, embroidery, and spending time outdoors. She’s also proud to hold a brown belt in mixed martial arts and cherishes life at home with four generations of family under one roof.
