She attended Casper College, where she studied accounting, and has since developed a strong foundation in both analytical and interpersonal skills. Prior to joining Phoenix Energy, she worked as an Accountant and Bookkeeping Assistant at Book Minders and as a Wireless Consultant for Cellular Plus/Verizon. These roles sharpened her ability to build strong relationships, identify solutions for customers, and maintain patience and positivity in every interaction.

Known for her commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction, Michelle takes pride in fostering meaningful connections with clients and supporting them through thoughtful communication and dependable service. She values the opportunity to contribute to Phoenix Energy’s client-first approach and looks forward to growing her career within the company—building long-term roots and playing an integral role in its continued success.

Originally from Greeley, Colorado, Michelle has called Casper, Wyoming, home for more than 15 years. Outside of work, she enjoys snowboarding in the winter and spending sunny summer days at the park with her two-year-old daughter. She began her career in retail management, serving as Store Manager at multiple Foot Locker locations for 14 years before spending a decade as Assistant Manager at Cellular Plus/Verizon, a locally owned company. Known for her ability to build strong client relationships and adapt to diverse situations, Sarah thrives on engaging with clients, embracing challenges, and continuously learning.

A native of Browerville, Minnesota, Sarah attended Browerville High School and pursued her studies at the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, MN. She now resides in Casper, Wyoming, with her significant other, while her mother, sister, and two nieces remain in Minnesota. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys camping, boating, and spending quality time with family and friends.
