Before joining Phoenix, he worked with a small owner/operator where he successfully raised nearly $2 million in capital within his first nine months. That experience strengthened his ability to connect with people, communicate complex opportunities clearly, and deliver meaningful results—skills he now applies to building trusted relationships with mineral owners and helping expand Phoenix Energy’s growing portfolio.

A Dallas native and graduate of Southern Methodist University, John values the sense of teamwork and shared purpose that defines Phoenix Energy. ]]> With a strong background in capital raising and logistics, Chuck Bayoud brings a versatile skill set to his role as Mineral Acquisitions Specialist at Phoenix Energy. Before joining the company, he raised capital for a small oil and gas operator on the working interest side and previously worked in the supply chain industry, managing operations for a third-party logistics firm. Chuck holds a B.A. in Political Communication from the University of Missouri–Columbia and maintains his Series 82 license, which allows him to sell private placements under Regulation D.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Chuck comes from a multicultural background, with family roots in Lebanon and Peru. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, traveling, golfing, and spending time with friends and family. At Phoenix Energy, Chuck is eager to leverage his experience and enthusiasm to connect with mineral owners and help expand the company’s growing portfolio through hard work and meaningful relationships.
