]]> With eight years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Megan Griffith brings a strong blend of regulatory, permitting, land, and mineral acquisition expertise to Phoenix Energy. Her background encompasses key functions across the industry, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of both operational requirements and stakeholder needs. Before joining Phoenix Energy, Megan built her career through hands-on roles in mineral acquisitions and land management, earning recognition for her ability to navigate complex projects—most notably closing a $ 1.8 million mineral deal in the Permian Basin within just four months.

A Denver native and the oldest of five siblings, Megan brings a people-first mindset to her work. She enjoys connecting with others, tackling new challenges, and contributing to the team’s meaningful wins. Outside the office, she enjoys attending concerts, traveling, dining, spending time with family and friends, singing, practicing yoga/barre, playing pickleball, hiking, swimming, snowmobiling, and skating.
